Therefore, be imitators, as beloved children, and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, as an offering and sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma. – Ephesians 5:1-2

Please Pray:

Heavenly Father,

How humbled we are that you would trust one of your precious children into our care. Teach us how to parent them with all the love, wisdom, faithfulness, and patience you have shown us. When our efforts fall short and we long for direction, speak loudly so that we might hear Your words above the clamor of fear and frustration. Give us a heart of sacrifice as we strive to lead these young ones to You, because in the end, that is our greatest desire.

In the name of Your son Jesus, we pray. Amen
