God has the master plan of living a successful life on the earth
In the Bible story in Genesis 17:1-2,
“When Abram was ninety – nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, ‘I am Almighty God; walk before me and be blameless. And I will make my covenant between me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly”,
God told Abraham, after he had wandered off His course by putting the slave Haggai in the family way in order to have the much awaited promised child, to stay glued to Him and His plans for his life.
He made him understand that he would not live successfully or have live a successful life if he fails to obey this golden instruction. Abraham obeyed this warning, stayed focused on God and eventually had the child of promise.
The Bible records this about Abraham at the end of his life:
“Now Abraham was old, well advanced in age; and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things” (Genesis 24:1).
The earth is the Lord’s
God created the earth and He is the only one who knows the terrain here (Psalm 24: 1). If anyone wants to understand or master the earth’s terrain in any aspect of his or her existence then he or she must devotedly and consistently consult God’s Word as we have it in the bible.
Become a child of God
The first step to live a successful life on the earth is for you to forsake your sinful life and become a child of God. You can’t be an enemy of God as a result of your sinful life and expect God to show you the secrets of living successfully on the earth.
You should pray this simple prayer if you want to become a child of God:
Father, forgive me my sins. I recognize I am a sinner. I believe Jesus died on the Cross at Calvary shedding His blood to wash away my sin. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior today. Use His blood to wash me clean of my sin.
Thank you God for answering my prayers. I believe and know that I am saved and I am now a child of God.
