Praying Scripture— Safety

Scripture

“The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?”

Psalm 27:1— NIV

And

“He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection.”

Psalm 91:4— NLT

And

“He alone is my protector and deliverer. He is my refuge; I will not be upended.”

Psalm 62:2— NET

Prayer

Lord, thank you for the ability to dwell under your wings of safety. Thank you for the comforting rest you give; thank you for your safety and protection in your presence. With you by my side, I am not afraid.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
