Psalm 82 Proves Christ Is Not King of the Earth Yet: Refuting Preterism, Replacement Theology

1 (A Psalm of Asaph.) God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

I'd like to thank everyone for the prayers yesterday. They were very much appreciated. I'd like to thank everyone again for them.

This is part three of the video, it's a short one, actually a part two video on the "Christ is King" stuff. Now, I was reading the Psalms, I was reading Psalm 82, you know, and just the sixth and seventh verse was just stuck in my head. As, I'll read the entire thing in full, then I'll tell you why this debunks the "Christ is King" stuff.

(Reading Psalm 82)

"A Psalm of Asaph.

God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

Now look at the last verse:

"Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations."

REVELATION 11:15–19

15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,

17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Speaker:

When does God inherit the nations? In Revelations, it says:

"The kingdoms of this world", I'll get the exact verse: Revelation 11:15,

"And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever."

So Christ isn't king yet, because, well, Asaph says inherit the nations, and the Bible says when Christ inherits the nations, that's in Revelation 11.

And I'll let Brother Vincent Strycula have and, I'll put that up on the screen, he has an entire video about how Revelation, it hasn't been fulfilled yet. So if Revelation hasn't been fulfilled yet, Christ isn't king yet, and you have no business saying that or using it to push anti-Semitism, which God doesn't want you to do. God doesn't want you to peddle anti-Semitism.

29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
