Resting in His Love: A Mother's Perspective - A Nighttime Prayer

1x
“Lord, my heart is not proud, nor my eyes arrogant; Nor do I involve myself in great matters, or in things too difficult for me. I have certainly soothed and quieted my soul;Like a weaned child resting against his mother, my soul within me is like a weaned child.Israel, wait for the Lord, from this time on and forever.” – Psalm 131 (NASB)

Please Pray:

Precious Heavenly Father, Thank you for the earthly example of Your love through moms, grandmas, and all the motherly figures in my life. Please help me to always be aware of your presence and love for me. Help me to rest in your embrace and allow you to hold me in the good times and the bad. Please help me to be a light and comfort to my own children and those you bring into my world who need your comfort and love. In Jesus' Name, Amen
