Robert Breaker vs Dr. Ruckman: According to Breaker, Was Ruckman Actually Saved?

According to Robert Breaker’s salvation doctrine, taken to its logical conclusion, it teaches that Dr. Peter S. Ruckman was not saved.

I would like to thank Brother Don again for alarming us to Breaker’s beliefs which contradict Dr. Ruckman. I am not responsible for finding that out. The credit goes to Don Nesbitt, the Lord's bloodhound. His youtube handle is @w46try7 on youtube. If you find this video helpful, thank God for him.

He is the smoke alarm.

Thank you again Brother Ed for telling me to do this.

The Ruckman clip also come from Ruckman. Thank you Don!

What the Bible Says About Calling Upon the Lord

“There’s a lot more verses in the Bible. Let’s go to Romans chapter 5 and verse 11.

You see, salvation, according to the Bible, is through faith. And your faith must be in the blood.

And there are a lot of people in the world today that claim to be ‘Christians’, and you say, ‘Hey, what’s your testimony? Tell me how you got saved.’

They won’t tell you anything about the blood.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come across somebody that says they’re a Christian. I go, ‘Oh, tell me your testimony.’

‘Well, I just asked God to save me one day.’

And I go, ‘And...?’

‘And then what? That’s it!’

I say, ‘Well, when did you trust the Gospel?’

‘The Gospel? What’s that?’

‘Well, when did you trust the blood?’

‘What about the blood? What are you talking...’

Are they saved just because they did something with the mouth? Or could it be they have a profession of faith, claiming they’re a Christian, but they have no possession because they have not trusted in the blood atonement of Christ yet?

Do you know the Bible says that believing is receiving? The way you receive salvation is through believing.”

Dr. Ruckman, 2003, Questions and Answers

“You see, I went down with Hugh Pyle, and I... He got me so cornered, I’d had to steal a Bible to get through. He got that thing on me, boy.

And I got to reading that thing, and I said, ‘Yeah, that’s it.’

He said, ‘Do you believe you’re a sinner?’

I said, ‘Oh, yeah, I know I’m a sinner.’

Said, ‘You believe Christ died for sinners?’

I said, ‘I guess He did.’

Said, ‘Do you believe He died for you?’

I said, ‘I guess so.’

I I wasn’t trying to be smart. I didn’t know. I’ve been taught that, but I didn’t know. I said, ‘Yeah, I guess so.’

Said, ‘Do you believe He can save a sinner?’

I said, ‘It’d beat the... blankety-blank out of me.’

He said, ‘Would you ask Him to save you?’

I said, ‘Sure.’

He said, ‘Take my hand.’ So I took his hand.

I took his hand. He said, ‘Now bow your head and ask Christ to save you.’

And I bowed my head and said, ‘How do you do that?’

He said, ‘You pray.’

I said, ‘I don’t know how to pray.’

I didn’t know how to pray. I knew Hail Mary and Our Father. Counted the beads, that’s all I know: Hail Mary and Our Father.

And he said, ‘Well, just in your own words ask Christ to save you.’

Now if he knew how I was going to pray, he wouldn’t have said that. He said, ‘Your own words.’

And I tell you, brother, when you come off a bartender, a lifeguard, the dance-band drummer, the DI in hand-to-hand, your speech is, you know, it’s not exactly, you know, quite, you know, social.

And I wasn’t trying to be smart. Mean, you guys, you worked out in the woods, you know how they talk. Fallers that work all day long, half of those bums don’t know what they’re saying. They don’t know. They just get to talking like that.

I mean, I’ve been saved almost a year before I could quit talking like that. I didn’t know it was wrong, man. Just, you know, the way you talk.

I thank God for some of the old boys that got saved before I did. He said, ‘Look, that language has got to go!’

I said, ‘What language?’

‘Well, you just said so-and-so.’

‘I didn’t say that!’

‘Yes, you did!’

And I did, you know.

But he said, ‘In your own words.’ So I got him by the hand, and I and I cussed all the way through the prayer.

I mean, I said, ‘Lord, I said I’m a blankety-blank sinner, and I’m going to Hell sure as blankety-blank if something don’t happen pretty blankety-blank quick.’ I meant it with a whole full life, that’s all.

And I got down there and I said, ‘God save my blankety-blank soul for Christ’s sake, Amen.’

And I looked up at him, and he was smiling at me. I said, ‘What are you laughing at?’

And he said, ‘Did you mean that prayer?’

I said, ‘You’re durn right I meant that prayer.’

And I meant it. Honest to God, I wasn’t trying to be smart. I meant the prayer!

And thank God I happened to have a preacher that had some common sense. Instead of arguing about my language, he just said, ‘Well, if you meant that prayer, you’re saved.’

And I said, ‘Well, I don’t feel no different.’

‘Well, you’re not supposed to feel no different.’”
