Robert Breaker's 'Unbroken Chain' Is Built on 80+ AI-Fabricated Quotes, And He Still Won't Pull It From Amazon

Recap:

Chapter 9 of Robert Breaker’s The Unbroken Chain of Salvation by Faith in The

Blood contains 87 AI-generated quotes out of 91, with the remaining four

unverifiable. He knows it contains AI-generated quotes and, despite his promise

to pull it from Amazon, continues to promote it in his own Facebook group.

Robert Breaker released his book, The Unbroken Chain of Salvation by Faith in

The Blood : The Biblical Doctrine of Putting Your Faith in the Blood Atonement

of Jesus Christ to Receive the Forgiveness of Sins to show that his salvation

theology has historical backing.

This is his salvation theology.

1. Salvation is by faith alone.

2. The Blood of Jesus Christ is the distinct object of saving faith.

3. Calling upon God as a condition for salvation (such as Dr. Ruckman taught)

is faith + works.

This passage unmistakably shows that salvation is by FAITH and not of works, and

that THE OBJECT OF OUR FAITH must be THE BLOOD OF JESUS, as it clearly says in

verse 25 with the words: “Through faith in his blood.” - Robert Breaker, The

Unbroken Chain of Salvation by Faith in The Blood, Chapter 4

"Clearly salvation is a heart thing. A person must TRUST the blood sacrifice of

Christ with all his HEART to be saved. It’s what he trusts in from the heart

(the blood of Christ) that saves him, not what he says from his MOUTH." - Robert

Breaker, The Importance of the Blood, Chapter 2.

"Faith in the Bible is also spoken of as: believing in, trusting in, confiding

in, resting in, and relying upon something. For us to be saved, we must believe

in, trust in, confide in, rest in, and rely upon the blood of Jesus to take us

to heaven. For FAITH IN THE BLOOD of Jesus is the only way to be saved." -

Robert Breaker, The Unbroken Chain of Salvation by Faith in The Blood,

Introduction

Robert Breaker believes you are not saved unless you explicitly and consciously

trust the physical shed blood of Jesus Christ for salvation.

“He's looking at your heart, and he's looking to see: When does your heart trust

the blood alone for salvation? You can come to him begging him, ‘Please don't

send me to hell,’ but it's not until, from the heart, you're trusting in the

blood that you're saved.” - Robert Breaker, The Message of the Blood

“You see, the confession isn't what saves you; it's the belief in the heart. So,

if you're not saved and you want to be saved and you don't want to go to hell,

why don't you just bow your head and close your eyes and just go to the Lord and

tell him that what you've heard from the scripture today is true, because the

Bible says it is. Now, why don't you say, ‘I accept what you've done for me. I'd

rely upon that finished work. I trust your blood to save my soul’? See, the

prayer isn't what saves you; it's whether or not your faith is in the shed blood

of Jesus Christ. If your faith is not in that blood, then you're not saved. If

your faith is in that blood, then you're on your way to heaven.” - Robert

Breaker, How to Be Saved

“Is to confess with their mouth that the Lord is Jesus or Jesus is Lord.

Wouldn’t that be Israel? So what I read Romans 10, I see Jews asking Paul, ‘Hey,

what about Israel?’ And he says, ‘Well, if a guy is a Jew and he has confessed

that Jesus is his Lord, that Jesus is his Messiah, and if he believes that God

hath raised him from the dead, well, then he can be saved.’ So if he believes in

who and what, then he’ll be saved. I don’t think he’s telling you you have to do

both, and that you have to say with the mouth, or you’re not saved. If he’s

saying you have to believe from your heart in something and say it with your

mouth at the same time, then that would be a faith plus works gospel. And that

would nullify what Jesus did, because it’s not just what he did; it’s what you

say, which would be a work.”

In Chapter 8, Robert Breaker used ChatGPT to “research,” which resulted in 44 of

the 78 quotes being AI-generated, 31 being unverifiable, and only 3 being

genuine.

In Chapter 9, Robert Breaker also used ChatGPT to “research,” resulting in 87

out of 91 quotes being AI-generated and the remaining 4 being unverifiable

because their citations come from obscure sources.

93.8% of the preachers spanning from 1954 to 2023 all speak in the exact

same, identical three-part robotic formula:

“[Thing X] doesn't save you.” “Romans 3:25 says [verb] 'through faith in His

blood'.” “That's not [X], that's [Y] / That's the gospel / It's the blood or

hell!”

The third thing is specifically ChatGPT writing.

"You know where this is coming from, don’t you? “It’s not X, it’s Y” is an AI

mainstay. It’s one of ChatGPT’s most insidious tells. No matter how innocuous a

prompt you enter, AI will always find a way to sneak it into its response. Ask

it if you should put more ham in your pasta, and it will tell you: “Ham doesn’t

just taste good – it makes everything else taste better.” Ask it if you should

chase a bee around your garden and it will say: “Bees aren’t stupid – they’re

hyper-specialised”." - Stuart Heritage, ChatGPT’s latest stylistic quirk is

sinister, infuriating – and absolutely everywhere, The Guardian

Half of the sermons are titled "Faith in the Blood."

There are two categories:

1. Fake

2. Unknown/Likely fake (as it contradicts the pastor on Romans 10)

There are no verifiably real quotes.

Category 3 is for unobtainable books (that exist) and newspapers in which I

cannot verify whether an article (1) exists and (2) if it existed, whether it

contained the quote.

I will go through the person's public audio sermons for category 3.

The Chapter starts with “The church has lost the power because it has forgotten

the blood. Preach the blood, and you will have revival.” — Leonard Ravenhill

This quote is fake; I cannot find it anywhere.

Robert Breaker: "Below are some examples of their preaching “faith in the

blood…”

Oliver B. Greene (1915-1976, Evangelist, Independent Fundamentalist Baptist,

Pastor and Tent Revival Preacher)

“Romans 3:25 is very clear. If you are not trusting the blood, you are lost. God

set Christ forth as the sin offering, and that offering is only received by

faith in His blood. Not the water, not the wafer, not the works—the blood. That

blood must be applied by faith, just like the blood on the doorposts in Egypt.

It’s the blood or nothing!” — The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Romans,

Oliver B. Greene, The Gospel Hour, 1963, p. 93.

FAKE.

This quote was AI generated and does not exist; if you look on this page,

nothing like this exists. The book, however, is real.

Lester Roloff (1914-1982, Evangelist, Singer, founder of Teen Homes)

“I’ll tell you what’s wrong with a lot of preaching today—it doesn’t preach

faith in the blood. You can believe in God all day long and still go to hell.

You can cry, shout, sing, get baptized, and go straight to hell if you don’t

trust the blood of Jesus Christ. Romans 3:25 says it plain. God didn’t say to

trust your emotions—He said trust the blood!” — Sermon: “It’s the Blood or

Hell”, Lester Roloff, Roloff Evangelistic Enterprises, preached 1973.

FAKE.

This quote was AI generated and does not exist. THE SERMON is not real.

I have a great myriad of compilations of Lester Roloff preaching the sinner's

prayer and asking Jesus into your heart.

Lester Roloff said, and I quote, “You’d say, well I never did pray. You never

did get saved either.”

Harold B. Sightler (1914-1995, Independent Baptist Pastor, Radio Broadcaster,

Founder Tabernacle Baptist Bible College)

“Romans 3:25 doesn’t say ‘through faith in His life.’ It says ‘through faith in

His blood.’ Why? Because the blood is what satisfied the Father. That’s why when

a sinner comes to Christ, he’s not asked to do anything but believe on the shed

blood of the Savior. It’s faith in that blood that gets you out of hell and into

heaven.” — The Scarlet Thread, Harold Sightler, Tabernacle Baptist College

Press, 1982, p. 88.

Unknown/Likely fake:

There is no such book specifically named "The Scarlet Thread"; Harold Sightler

only has "A Harlot Woman And The Scarlet Thread"

I cannot find a scanned copy of this book online.

I went through Dr. Harold B. Sightler's audio sermons and found him saying in

his sermon, God's chosen:

"And you take your Bible and go down through the Roman road with them and lead

them to a knowledge of Christ"

The Romans Road directly goes through Romans 10.

And in that same sermon, we find him saying: "Now, I take it that most of these

strangers that were scattered abroad were Jewish believers, born-again Jewish

believers, who had bowed their knees to the Lord Jesus and who had confessed him

as Lord with their tongues and who had been baptized for a profession of their

faith by immersion in water."

He portrays confessing as salvific, and baptism as professional. (He is a

Baptist).

Tom Malone Sr. (1915-2007, Pastor, & Founder of Midwestern Baptist College)

“I believed in Jesus for years before I got saved. But I wasn’t saved until I

trusted His blood. Romans 3:25 doesn’t say ‘faith in Christ’s kindness.’ It says

‘faith in His blood.’ Until you go to Calvary and say, ‘That blood was shed for

me, and I believe it,’ you’re lost and undone. That’s where salvation is—in the

blood, by faith.” — Sermon: “Back to the Blood,” Midwestern Revival

Meeting, 1981.

Fake:

This quote was AI generated and does not exist. The sermon is also not real.

Carl Lackey (1915-1993, “Fire and brimstone” Baptist Preacher, Evangelist, and

Pastor)

“Faith in the blood—that’s the message we’ve got to preach. Not church

membership, not Calvin’s tulips, not your good intentions—faith in the blood…

Romans 3:25 says…through faith in His blood. That’s not just nice

doctrine—that’s the gospel.” — Preached at Tabernacle Baptist Bible College,

lecture notes, 1988.

Unknown/Likely fake

This quote cannot be found anywhere else.

And how did Robert Breaker get access to 1988 private lecture notes, considering

he was in Florida in the 1980s?

There is not enough material from Carl Lackey for me to give a counter-sermon.

He is very obscure.

Joe Boyd (1917-2009, Evangelist, Revivalist, Football Coach Turned Preacher)

“I don’t care how many churches you join or how many baptistries you walk

through—if you haven’t put your faith in the blood, you’re still going to hell.

Romans 3:25 says that’s the only way to propitiation. God demands blood, and He

demands that you believe in it. The blood is not a detail—it is the doctrine!” —

Sermon Compilation: Blood and the Book, Joe Boyd Evangelism, 1978.

Fake:

This is a fake AI quote.

This sermon compilation DOES NOT EXIST.

James W. Crumpton (1918 – 2004, Pastor, Evangelist, radio preacher, and

President of Maranatha Baptist Mission)

“The red line of redemption runs from Eden to the cross, and it culminates in

the shed blood of Jesus Christ. And Romans 3:25 declares how it becomes

yours—through faith in His blood. You must trust the blood to be saved. God will

not accept any other form of righteousness. That blood is heaven’s currency, and

faith is the only transaction.” — The Blood and the Book, James Crumpton, 1973,

p. 91.

Fake:

This book is fake and doesn't exist.

Dr. Mark G. Cambron (1919-2000, Theologian, Pastor, Founder of Florida Bible

College, Dispensationalist and minister)

“There is no substitute for faith in the blood. People try to trust the church,

the sacraments, or their prayers. But salvation comes when the sinner, broken

and guilty, places his full faith in the shed blood of Christ. Romans 3:25 tells

the truth—there is one way: faith in the blood.” — Cambron’s Bible Doctrines,

Mark G. Cambron, 1954, p. 112.

Fake:

Cambron's Bible doctrines does not exist. Biblical Doctrines does exist, but on

page 112 of that book, it does not say this.

Edward M.A. Ball (Gospel Tent Evangelist)

“I don’t care how many degrees a man has—if he doesn’t preach faith in the

blood, he’s preaching another gospel. Romans 3:25 is not theological fluff—it’s

the foundation of Bible salvation. It’s the blood or hell. And your only escape

is to believe in the blood that was shed. That’s not just doctrine—it’s

deliverance.” — The Old-Time Gospel Trumpet, Vol. 4, Issue 1, 1959.

Fake:

Edward M.A. Ball does not exist.

There is a British "Ed Ball" who was a Methodist preacher, but he was born

in 1952, making it highly unlikely that he was writing on the blood at 7 years

old to an American Christian newspaper.

There is Edward Kimball, but he died in 1901.

I cannot find any Gospel Tent Evangelist called Edward M.A. Ball.

Peter Ruckman (1921-2016 Independent Baptist Pastor, Dispensationalist, KJV

Defender, and Founder of the Pensacola Bible Institute)

“Romans 3:25 says ‘through faith in his blood.’ If your faith isn’t in that

blood, you’re still lost. That blood is what paid for your sins. That blood is

what satisfied God’s wrath. If you think you can be saved by ‘asking Jesus into

your heart’ without faith in that blood, you’re on your way to hell. God accepts

one thing—the blood. And your part is to trust it.” — The Book of Romans, Peter

S. Ruckman, Bible Baptist Bookstore, 1976, p. 126.

Fake:

This quote does not exist.

Dr. Peter S. Ruckman's only published Romans Commentary is from 2003.

The 1969-1974 Romans commentary cassette tapes archived on Don Nesbitt's channel

also do not contain this passage.

John R. Gilpin (1923-2005, Presbyterian author)

“Faith must have an object. Not just belief in belief. And Romans 3:25 tells us

what that object is: the blood of Christ. Not His example. Not the Sermon on the

Mount. Not your best effort. But faith in His blood. The sinner must believe

that when Christ shed His blood, it was for him, and that this blood satisfies

God’s justice. That is saving faith.” — Faith and the Blood, The Bible

Presbyterian Review, Fall Issue, 1964.

Fake:

The Bible Presbyterian Review is not a real newspaper; you cannot find it

anywhere online.

The only Bible Presbyterian Review you can find is from Shelton College, and it

was talking about a Bible Presbyterian Church.

The Church did publish articles; however, at no point did it publish anything

called "The Bible Presbyterian review".

Evangelist Maze Jackson (1923-1996, Independent Baptist Evangelist, Radio

broadcaster and editor of The Preacher’s Goldmine Study Magazine)

“I ain’t got no hope in me, but I’ve got hope in Him! And you know how I got it?

I trusted His blood. The day I put my faith in that crimson stream that flowed

from Calvary, God wrote my name in heaven. Romans 3:25 isn’t up for debate. It

says what it says—faith in His blood. That’s the only kind of faith that saves.”

— Radio Sermon Transcript, “The Blood Bought My Ticket,” 1972.

Fake:

This sermon does not exist.

Clyde Box (1923-2017, Independent Baptist Preacher, Founder and Pastor of Brook

Hollow Baptist Church in Desoto, TX)

“People say, ‘Well, I believe in Jesus.’ The question is—do you believe in the

blood? Romans 3:25 doesn’t say we’re saved by faith in His teachings or His

example. It says faith in His blood. That blood was shed for you. It was offered

for you. And it must be received by faith. It’s not optional—it’s the only way.”

— The Blood is the Basis, Clyde Box Ministries, sermon archive, 1983.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Dr. Bruce Cummons (1924-2004, Founding Pastor of the Massillon Baptist Temple)

“Christ is our mercy seat. That mercy is not experienced unless you come by

faith to the blood. That’s why Romans 3:25 matters so much—it tells us how to

approach God. Not through religion, not through effort, but through faith in His

blood. That’s the gospel, and I’ll never be ashamed of it.” — Christ Our

Propitiation, Bruce Cummons, Baptist Press, 1969, p. 12.

Fake:

This does not exist, and you cannot find it.

Baptist Press was a Southern Baptist Convention newspaper.

Cummons was the president of the World Baptist Fellowship, meaning he couldn't

have published under an SBC newspaper, not even counting that the WBF would have

no desire to step under the SBC umbrella.

Al Lacy (Baptist Evangelist and Author)

“No one gets saved by turning over a new leaf. No one gets saved by going to

church. No one gets saved by confessing sin. The only way to get saved is by

trusting the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Romans 3:25—‘faith in His blood.’

That’s where salvation is found!” — Preaching the Blood-Stained Gospel, Al Lacy,

Sword of the Lord, 1989, p. 77.

Unknown/Likely fake:

I can't find the specific article of Sword of the Lord in 1989, but I do know

that Al Lacy said you must receive Christ into your heart, which Robert Breaker

calls a damnable heresy.

"Remember Revelation 3:20, Jesus said, 'Behold, I stand at the door, and knock.'

He knocks on the heart's door when you hear the gospel. Does not the Bible say

we must receive Him into our heart? Doesn't Ephesians 3:17 say that He may dwell

in your hearts by faith? Well, then He pictures that your, Now, this isn't the

muscle that pumps your blood now; He's talking about the middle of your soul,

the heart of you. But for an entrance, it has a door, and He said, 'I knock at

the door.' Now, do you know what happens when that old lost sinner senses that

Jesus is knocking at its heart's, as at, at his heart's door, and he looks up by

faith and calls on Him like the Bible says he what he must do? And when he

repents of those old sins and asks Jesus for forgiveness, and then invites Him

into his heart as his Savior, do you know what Jesus does? He takes the blood!

He's the only one has access to it. He takes the blood! And He pushes the door

to, just before He comes in, and He puts that blood across on that door, and He

steps inside, and He pulls it shut! Seals it with the Spirit of God! And when

you go out into eternity, and God the Father looks down and He sees your heart,

and on that door is the blood of Jesus Christ, that tells Him Jesus is inside.

And God said, 'When you go out into eternity, when I see the blood, I will pass

over you.' Is Jesus in your heart today? Not unless you've invited Him in. He's

not there." - Al Lacy,

Robert Breaker October 23, 2024: The Bible says, 'In whom we have redemption

through his blood.' If you are trusting in anything else, God's not going to let

you off. 'Let Christ come into your life?' You'll go to hell as sure as you're

sitting there. 'Let Christ come into your heart?' Which Christ? Which heart? The

Bible says, 'In whom we have redemption through His blood.' Now, there are a

thousand ways and a thousand plans of salvation that people talk about getting

saved, but the Bible says without the shedding of blood there is no remission.

There are two ways to get saved: the old-fashioned way and the new-fashioned

way. And the new-fashioned way is ineffective. It doesn't get them saved. The

new-fashioned way is: 'Share God's love. Let Christ come into your life. Let

Christ come into your heart, all that (Christ coming into your heart) modern,

philosophical, positivistic nonsense."

Jack Hyles (1926-2001, Pastor of First Baptist of Hammond)

“Romans 3:25 is not symbolic, and it’s not poetic. It’s a legal declaration. It

says the only way a man can be saved is through faith in His blood. That’s why I

preach the blood in every sermon. The world says it’s offensive. God says it’s

the way. Not a way—the way. And that blood must be trusted—not just admired, not

just sung about—trusted.” — Meet the Holy Spirit, Jack Hyles, Hyles-Anderson

Publications, 1980, p. 94.

Fake:

Nowhere in Meet the Holy Spirit does he say this.

Jack Hyles (1926-2001)

“A person must place their faith, not in themselves, not in the church, not in

turning over a new leaf, but in the blood of Jesus. It must be faith in the

blood. Romans 3:25 is very specific: ‘through faith in his blood.’ That means we

must trust that when Jesus bled and died, it was for us. It was payment. And God

will not accept any other payment.” — Salvation Is More than Being Saved, Jack

Hyles, Hyles Publications, 1991, pp. 21–22.

Fake:

Nowhere in that book does he say that.

Carl Hatch (1929-2009, Independent Baptist Evangelist, Soulwinner, and

Revivalist)

“Brother, you better get your faith out of your performance and put it in the

blood of Christ. That’s what saves. That’s what God looks for. Romans 3:25 says

it loud and clear—through faith in His blood. Not faith in your faith, not faith

in your feelings, but in His blood!” — From sermon, “God’s Simple Salvation,”

preached at North Love Baptist Church, 1985.

Fake quote:

I cannot find Carl Hatch preaching “God’s Simple Salvation.” In addition, there

is no proof Carl Hatch ever preached at North Love Baptist Church.

Bruce Lackey (1930-1988, Independent Baptist Pastor, Author and Bible conference

speaker)

“Salvation doesn’t come from reforming or resolving—it comes when you place your

faith in the blood. Romans 3:25 says that’s the basis of justification. You

can’t skip the blood and still be saved. God set forth His Son as a propitiation

through faith in His blood. And if you’re not trusting that, you’re still under

wrath.” — Bible Doctrine II Lecture Notes, Tennessee Temple University, 1975.

Fake:

Digitized Bible notes for "Bible Doctrine II Lecture Notes" do not exist. I

can't even find proof that the lecture exists.

Dr. Tom Wallace (1930-?, Pastor, author, Evangelist, and president of Board of

Directors of BIMI for 8 years)

“You can’t be neutral about the blood of Christ. Either you trust it or you

reject it. Romans 3:25 says God set forth Christ as a propitiation through faith

in His blood. That’s the dividing line between heaven and hell. The modern

church may avoid it, but the Bible doesn’t. God demands faith in the blood!” —

Sermon: “The Scarlet Thread,” National Sword Conference, 1983.

Fake:

No such sermon exists, and notice once again the quote features "The Scarlet

Thread," which is the same name as the Harold B. Sightler book (which was

changed to solely be the scarlet thread).

Billy Zeoli (1932-2015, Evangelist, White House Chaplain under President Ford,

President of Gospel Films, and author)

“Too many people believe in the man Jesus but reject the message of His blood.

That’s spiritual suicide. Romans 3:25 makes it clear—God set forth Jesus as a

propitiation through faith in His blood. That’s not a suggestion—it’s a

requirement. It’s not about sincerity—it’s about substitution, and that

substitution is only applied when you trust the blood.” — Chapel Message at

Cedarville University, 1975 Archives.

Evangelist Billy Kelly (1932-1997, Independent Baptist Revivalist, Evangelist,

Christian Actor)

“I believe in the old-time religion, the kind that says, ‘you must be born

again’ by faith in the blood! Not your background, not your denomination, not

your turning over a new leaf—faith in the blood! I’ve met preachers who say,

‘Don’t talk about the blood, it offends.’ Well then let them be offended, ‘cause

I’m gonna keep preaching it. Romans 3:25 says faith in the blood, and if that’s

what God wrote, that’s what I’m gonna preach!” — Billy Kelly Ministries

Archives, recorded 1975.

Freddie Gage (1933-2014, Southern Baptist Evangelist and Founder of Wounded

Heroes)

“The blood of Jesus is not automatic. It must be applied by faith. That’s why

Paul said ‘faith in His blood.’ You’re not saved because Jesus died. You’re

saved when you believe the blood He shed is enough to save you. That’s the

difference between religion and redemption. Religion says ‘do.’ Redemption says

‘done.’” — Sermon: “Hell is Real, But the Blood Still Works”, 1984 Crusade.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Dr. Curtis Hutson (1934-1995, Independent Fundamental Baptist pastor and editor

of The Sword of the Lord)

“The devil has a thousand false gospels, but there’s only one true gospel—and

it’s all about faith in the blood. Romans 3:25 is ignored by modern churches

because it demands people come the Bible way: as guilty sinners, trusting

nothing but the shed blood of Jesus Christ. That’s how I got saved, and that’s

what I preach.” — Salvation Crystal Clear, Curtis Hutson, Sword of the Lord

Publishers, 1981, p. 31.

Unknown/Likely fake:

Curtis Hutson had a sermon (I am unsure of the name) in 1980, where he lists

these three things as the things you must know to be saved:

You must understand that you are a sinner. You must understand that Jesus Christ

died for sinners. You must understand that you accept what Jesus Christ did by

faith.

He never once mentions Romans 3:25.

Here's his testimony:

"I prayed a little boy prayer and I said Jesus I can't get myself to heaven and

if I go to heaven you have to take me very simple but what I did in that prayer

was make him responsible for my salvation and what I did was trust him I put my

faith in him I depended on him I relied on him."

Tom Williams (1935-2024, Evangelist, Cowboy Preacher)

“You can believe Jesus was born, lived, and died, and still go to hell.

Salvation comes when you put your faith in His blood. That’s what Romans 3:25

says. That’s not Baptist doctrine—that’s Bible doctrine. If you’re trusting

anything else—church, feelings, experiences—you’re lost. It’s the blood or it’s

nothing.” — Sermon: “The Blood That Speaks,” T. W. Ministries Archive, 1990.

Dr. James Sightler (1937-2019, Pediatrician, Preacher, KJV Defender and

Christian author)

“People are trusting everything—church, morality, baptism, feelings—but not the

one thing that saves: faith in His blood. I’ve preached for 60 years, and I’m

telling you, if you’re not resting in the shed blood of Jesus Christ by faith,

you are going to hell with a clean conscience and a church pew under you.

Romans 3:25 lays it out: faith in the blood.” — Sermon: “The Blood is the

Basis,” preached at Tabernacle Baptist, 2006.

Ron Comfort (1938-?, Evangelist and Founder of Ambassador Baptist College)

“Romans 3:25 shows that salvation isn’t by your feelings—it’s by faith in the

blood. When Jesus Christ shed His blood, He satisfied the Father. But you must

trust that payment. Trust it like your eternity depends on it—because it does.

God will not save anyone who bypasses the blood.” — Sermon: “The Blood of the

Lamb,” Ambassador Baptist College Chapel, 1995.

Charles Keen (1939-?, Pastor First Baptist Milford, Ohio & Founder of Bearing

Precious Seed and First Bible International)

“The gospel has power because of the blood, not just the story. We’re not saved

by acknowledging history—we’re saved when we place our faith in the blood that

was shed. Romans 3:25 isn’t incidental—it is essential. The blood is God’s

price. Faith is our part.” — Lecture: “The Power of the Gospel,” Bearing

Stinnett Ballew (1942-2019, Independent Fundamental Baptist Preacher, Evangelist

“If your faith is in anything but the blood, you’re still lost. Romans 3:25

doesn’t say ‘faith in repentance’ or ‘faith in reformation’—it says faith in His

blood. There is no salvation outside of believing that Jesus shed that blood for

you and that God accepted it. You’ve got to trust that blood personally.” —

Larry Brown (Marion Avenue Baptist Church)

“We’ve raised a generation that sings about the cross but doesn’t trust the

blood. The Bible doesn’t say salvation is by faith in feelings—it says faith in

the blood (Rom. 3:25). I’m not trusting a preacher, a church, or an

experience—I’m trusting the blood that Jesus shed on Calvary’s cross. That’s

what saved me.” — Camp Meeting Sermon: “I’ll Take the Blood,” 2010.

“If you miss the blood, you miss heaven. And it’s not just that Jesus shed His

blood—it’s that you must trust that blood. Romans 3:25 is the verse we ought to

be quoting when someone asks, ‘How do I get saved?’ Answer: through faith in His

blood. That’s it. That’s all. That’s everything.” — Sermon: “What Can Wash Away

My Sin?”, Camp Meeting, 2004.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Melvin Sisson (1944, Evangelist)

“There’s not a drop of hope outside the blood of Jesus Christ. And that blood

must be applied by faith. That’s what the Bible says. Romans 3:25: ‘through

faith in His blood.’ That’s the gospel. That’s the message. And if a preacher

doesn’t preach that, he’s not preaching the gospel.” — Sermons from the Sawdust

Trail, King James Press, 1964, p. 110.

Fake: King James Press isn't even real!

Melvin Sisson isn't even a real person.

You can find a preacher named Melvin Sisson, sure, but he was born in 1945,

not 1944, and he was saved at 19 years old, which would be 1964. It is highly

illogical that a babe in Christ could get into a collection of sermons from a

nonexistent printing press.

Jim Brown (Evangelist and Fundamentalist Camp Preacher)

“You won’t be saved by feelings, and you won’t be saved by fear. You’ll be saved

when you place your faith in the blood of Jesus. The blood was shed, but it must

be believed on. Romans 3:25 is plain—God only accepts those who trust in that

blood. He doesn’t accept sincerity—He accepts the blood.” — Sermon: “Faith in

the Blood,” Preached at Central Indiana Baptist Fellowship, 2004.

it impossible for him to preach at an organization.

Ralph “Yankee” Arnold (1946-?, Pastor, President of Florida Bible College & host

of Yankee Radio Broadcast Ministry.)

“The gospel is not ‘turn from your sins’ or ‘make Jesus Lord of your life.’ The

gospel is this: Christ died, shed His blood, and rose again, and you are saved

when you put your faith in His blood. That’s what Romans 3:25 says. You don’t

get cleaned up first—you trust the blood, and He does the cleaning.” — YouTube

Sermon: “Faith in the Blood Saves”, Yankee Arnold Ministries, 2020.

Fake: This sermon cannot be found on YouTube.

Evangelist Rick Flanders (1948-?, Fundamental Baptist Preacher)

“The blood of Christ must be believed on, not admired. Romans 3:25 is the key:

‘faith in His blood.’ That’s not ritual, that’s redemption. No one gets

justified who bypasses the blood. No one gets peace with God who avoids Calvary.

That’s why we preach the blood—because it must be trusted.” — Lecture: “Revival

& the Blood,” Fairhaven Baptist College, 2001.

Fake: This lecture cannot be found.

Bob Gray Sr. (1946-?, Pastor)

“Faith in the blood—that’s salvation. Not a lifestyle change. Not a commitment.

Not ‘making Jesus Lord of all.’ No sir. It’s faith in His blood, plain and

simple. Romans 3:25 is the clearest verse in the whole Bible on salvation. Why

don’t more people preach it? Because they’re ashamed of the blood. I’m not. I

trust the blood and I preach the blood.” — The Truth About the King James Bible,

Independent Baptist Online College, 2020, p. 51.

Fake: This book does not exist.

Clarence Sexton (1948-2023, Pastor, Founder of Crown College)

“Faith in Christ means faith in what He did—not just who He is. And the heart of

what He did is shed His blood. Romans 3:25 says we are saved through faith in

His blood. That’s not an add-on. That is the foundation of our justification.

Don’t tell me you’re saved if you’re not trusting the blood.” — Sermon: “Faith

in the Blood,” Crown College Chapel, 2009.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Evangelist John Hamblin (Revivalist in full-time evangelism since 1979)

“We’re living in a day when people want a bloodless gospel—a gospel that doesn’t

offend the modern thinker. But my Bible says we’re justified through faith in

His blood. That means no one gets saved by good intentions, reformation, or

religious effort. You must place your faith in the blood of Jesus. Anything else

is a counterfeit gospel.” — Revival Sermons that Stir the Soul, John Hamblin,

Revival Fires Publications, 2004, p. 88.

Fake: This book does not exist.

Johnny Pope (c. 1950s, Evangelist)

“Faith that saves is faith in the blood. If you just believe in Jesus as a

historical figure, you’re no better than the devil. The Bible says in

Romans 3:25 that God is satisfied through faith in His blood. That’s why I tell

sinners—don’t trust the church, don’t trust your record—trust the blood. It’s

the blood that brings atonement, and it’s the blood that God looks for when He

saves.” — Sermon: “It’s Still the Blood,” preached at Shady Acres Baptist

Church, 2007.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Dr. Jack Trieber (1951-?, Pastor, President of Golden State Baptist College, and

radio host)

“We don’t just believe in Jesus—we believe in what He did, and specifically, we

believe in His blood. Romans 3:25 says God set Him forth to be a propitiation

through faith in His blood. You say, ‘I believe in Jesus.’ That’s great. But do

you trust His blood? That’s the only ground God accepts.” — Sunday Morning

Message, North Valley Baptist Church, Santa Clara, 2013.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Pastor Danny Castle (1953-?, Pastor of New Manna Baptist and later Shining Light

Baptist Church)

“There’s a lot of people who say they believe in Jesus, but they’re not saved.

Why? Because they never trusted His blood. The Bible don’t say believe in His

miracles, it says faith in His blood. That’s where it’s at! It’s the blood that

turns away wrath, it’s the blood that pays the debt, and it’s the blood that

saves when you believe it.” — YouTube Sermon: “Faith in the Blood,” Pastor Danny

Castle, Shining Light Baptist Church, 2021.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Dr. Dennis Corle (1954-?, Evangelist, Founder and president of Revival Fires

Baptist College, and editor of Revival Fires magazine)

“The blood is what makes the difference. And until you personally trust that

blood, you are under the wrath of God. I’m not talking about faith in a prayer.

I’m talking about faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. Romans 3:25 lays it down:

God demands that you come by the blood, and the only way to come by it is to

believe it, trust it, and rest in it.” — Sermon: “Faith in the Blood”, Revival

Fires Conference, 2002.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Pastor Terry Anglea (1957-?, Independent Baptist Pastor)

“We’ve got a generation of preachers who’ve swapped out the blood for

psychology. They want to talk about healing and trauma but won’t talk about the

blood. Romans 3:25 says salvation is through faith in His blood. That’s the

problem—we’ve got people believing in belief, believing in prayer, but not

believing in the blood. You’re not saved until you do.” — Camp Meeting Message:

“The Blood is Enough,” preached at Fairhaven Baptist, 2011.

Fake: This sermon does not exist.

Paul Chappell (1962-?, Independent Baptist Pastor, President and Founder of West

Coast Baptist College)

“The only way to be saved is to place your faith in the finished work of Christ,

and that includes trusting the blood that He shed. Romans 3:25 says that God

presented Christ to be a propitiation through faith in His blood. Not faith in a

church, not faith in a prayer, not faith in a preacher—faith in His blood.

That’s what redeems a man.” — Understanding the Gospel, Paul Chappell, Striving

Together Publications, 2012, p. 37.

Fake: This book does not exist.

Allen Domelle (1968-?, Evangelist, Preacher, Pastor and founder and editor of

the Old Paths Journal)

“We must get back to blood preaching! Not just cross preaching—blood preaching!

Romans 3:25 says it’s faith in His blood. Not in good works, not in tears, not

even in the ‘sinner’s prayer’—if that prayer isn’t rooted in faith in the blood,

it’s just words. Salvation is trusting that the blood of Jesus is enough.” — Old

Paths Journal, Vol. 11, No. 3, 2020.

Fake: This is not even real. Old Paths Journal is his blog, not a dedicated

Christian magazine (it wouldn't have a volume). And on Old Paths Journal, you

Don Anderson (Pastor, Evangelist, and Camp Preacher)

“God made a way through the blood, and God said, ‘Believe in it.’ Romans 3:25

declares the terms—faith in His blood. It’s not enough to believe He died. It’s

not enough to be moved emotionally. You have to trust the blood as your only

hope. Then and only then does justification become yours.” — Sermon: “Faith That

Saves,” Campground Preaching, 1982.

Fake: This sermon is fake and cannot be found.

Dell Johnson (Hyles-Anderson College Faculty)

“When Paul said ‘faith in His blood’ in Romans 3:25, he meant exactly that. Not

just believing in Christ generally. He meant believing in what Christ did

specifically—His blood sacrifice. It’s not the idea of Jesus that saves—it’s the

blood of Jesus, received by faith, that saves. You remove that, and you have no

gospel left.” — Doctrines That Matter, Dell Johnson, 1985, p. 66.

Sam Gipp (KJV Defender, Independent Baptist Evangelist, Revival Preacher)

“Romans 3:25 says ‘through faith in His blood.’ You want to get saved? You

better believe that His blood was shed for your sins and that God is satisfied

with that payment. If you’re trusting anything else—even your ‘faith’ that’s not

rooted in the blood—you’re lost. It’s not enough to believe about Jesus. You

have to believe in the blood!” — The Answer Book, Dr. Samuel Gipp, DayStar

Publishing, 1989, p. 92.

“They’re taking the blood out of hymnals and sermons. Why? Because the devil

hates the blood! He knows that if you believe Romans 3:25—faith in His

blood—you’ll be saved and sealed forever. But if you miss that blood, you’ll

split hell wide open. You’d better make sure your faith isn’t in a decision—it’s

Larry Brown (Revivalist)

“You can believe in everything but still be wrong. You can believe in the

church, the Bible, the preacher, and still go to hell unless you’ve put your

Evangelist Tim Green (Revivalist, A Word for the Wilderness Devotions)

“Faith in the blood is not a side note—it’s the note. It’s the key that unlocks

justification. Romans 3:25 doesn’t say faith in baptism or church membership. It

says faith in His blood. You can shout, serve, and sacrifice, but if you’ve

never trusted the blood, you’re not saved.” — Sword of the Lord Conference

“Romans 3:25 is the death blow to every man-made gospel: ‘through faith in His

blood.’ That’s not metaphor. That’s not poetry. That’s theology. If you haven’t

trusted the blood, you haven’t trusted the gospel. You don’t get to pick your

way. God already picked it—the blood, by faith.” — Sermon: “The True Gospel vs.
