Exodus 12 vs 23

For the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the Lord will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.

Exodus 12:23 For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over

  1. God decided to smite all the Egyptians as a form of judgement for holding Israelites in captivity.
  2. God told Moses that this divine judgement would be executed at midnight by a spiritual entity called a destroyer.
  3. We assume there is an Angel of God called the destroyer.
  4. Anytime you want heaven to execute judgment against the wickedness of the wicked. All you need to do is to send the destroyer of the Lord into action.
  5. So, the destroyer of the Lord is a weapon you can use for spiritual warfare.
