Genesis 12 vs 1
Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
- God told Abraham to leave his father’s house, people, and country to another country.
- God said he would bless Abraham after his migration.
- He would not have been blessed if Abraham had not left his country.
- It also means that Abraham must separate from forces hindering his blessings in his father’s house.
- Many of us must leave our father’s house and country before we can be blessed.
