Mark 11 vs 17

And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Mark 11:17 And as he taught them, he said, “Is it not written: 'My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations'? But you have made it 'a den

  1. Another name for the Church is the House of Prayer, and prayer is talking to God.
  2. This means that prayer must feature prominently in all the activities of the Church.
  3. Unfortunately, instead of becoming the House of Prayer, the Church is becoming a house of dancing, drama, fashion, a show of material possession,
  4. Even satan has some churches name after him in some countries.
  5. In some countries, the Church has become a tourist attraction.
  6. I visited the Uk a few weeks – ago and discovered that some churches have become tourist attractions.
  7. May God help us to make it right in Jesus’ name
