The Greater Healing - A Nighttime Prayer

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. – Psalm 147:3 (KJV)

Please Pray:

Jesus,

I come before Your throne of grace right now in search of Your healing power for my present condition. You know me, Lord—body, mind, and spirit—better than I know myself. What a marvel that is! What a comfort! While I long to be rid of this suffering, I ask that You help me surrender it to You and trust Your process and purpose for this time in my life.

Please guard me from discouragement. Rather, give me eyes to see and rejoice in small victories. Give me ears to hear Your guidance and a mouth to proclaim Your faithfulness.

More than anything, Lord, teach me to desire Your greater healing of my heart, so that each day brings me closer to You.

In the all-powerful name of The Great Physician, I pray, Amen.
