Matthew 26 vs 49

And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him.

  1. A kiss is normally a show of affection.
  2. A kiss is an expression of love.
  3. A kiss is another form of handshake.
  4. A kiss seals the bonds of friendship.
  5. A kiss triggers emotional feelings that can lead to other things.
  6. Normally, when someone kisses you, you should be at ease and believe the person is your friend.

  8. The kiss of the enemy is a kiss of a betrayer.
  9. The kiss of the enemy is deceitful.
  10. The kiss of the enemy is poisonous.
  11. When Judas kissed Jesus, he handed him over for crucifixion.
  12. You must ensure that you do not allow the enemy to kiss you.
  13. If you open yourself to evil and sin, you open your mouth for the enemy’s kiss.
  14. As your friends and lovers will like to kiss you to show their affection for you, the enemy also wants to kiss you.
  15. When Judas kissed Jesus Christ, Jesus was temporarily captured by the enemy.
  16. Another thing you must realise is that when the enemies come, they pretend to be your friend.
  17. Judas pretended to be Jesus’ friend.
  18. So, do not open your hand to everybody wanting to befriend you.
  19. Avoid the kiss of the enemy, and the enemy shall not kiss you in Jesus’ name.
