The scattering is caused by not being with Christ.
The scattering in Acts is caused by persecution for being WITH CHRIST.
"Here's the thing. Let's go back. So, let's—let's ignore the other two verses, because that verse explicitly says in Matthew—and Matthew 12:30, if you aren't with Christ, you scatter abroad. So that scattering abroad of Christians in Judea couldn't have been predicted in Matthew 12:30 alone, because Christ says, if you don't side with me, you get scattered abroad. And those Christians were with Him, and that's—and they were with Him, and that's why they were scattered abroad. I'm repeating myself. So my point is, Matthew 12:30, even if you say Matthew 26:31 and Mark 14:27 applies to the Acts scattering abroad, Matthew 12:30 explicitly predicts a scattering abroad of Jews, and the Jews, they were already Jews internationally, in places at that time. So that means there's a new scattering abroad of Jews that had to happen after Christ's life."

James was written before James’ death, which occurred in 44 AD. (Peter, James, and John are regularly grouped in scripture. And the other two got books, meaning logically James also wrote.)

Romans 11:6 “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.”
It cannot be now, as Romans 10:9-13 says Jews and Gentiles get saved the same way, which makes James’s works based salvation contradict Pauline doctrine.

So, what changes the method of salvation from Paul’s to works?

The answer is the fulness of the Gentiles.

Romans 11:25 “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.”

But why gentiles specifically? God attempts to evangelize to Jews throughout the book of Acts, and they consistently rejected it. Leading Paul to say Acts 28:28 “Be it know therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.”
"Ephesians 28—8-9, ... James 20—2:14, ... James 20—2:24, 'Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.' It cannot be now, as Romans 10:9-13 says Jews and Gentiles get saved the same way, which makes James' works-based gospel contradicts Pauline—Pauline doctrine. And Ephesians 2:8-9 explicitly defines, ... What does he say in the next verse? ... Scholars say Paul just meant works as in Jewish law? No. He defines anything you do as a work. You have to admit, believe, and confess to receive the gift of God. So what changes the method of salvation from Paul to works? The answer is the fulness of the Gentiles. Acts 28:28, ... The estimates are controversial, however it ranges from 300 AD to 600 AD.
