When Humility Flows in Both Directions - A Nighttime Prayer

And they came, bringing to Him a paralytic, carried by four men. And being unable to get to Him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above Him; and when they had dug an opening, they let down the pallet on which the paralytic was lying. And Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, “My son, your sins are forgiven.” – Mark 2:3-5

Please Pray:

Heavenly Father,

I come to you with a humble heart of gratitude for those you have sent to be Your arms, legs, heart, and spirit during my times of need. Their humble service is evidence of Your deep love and faithful care for me. Bless them for their willingness and efforts on Your behalf. Lord, tenderize my own heart to recognize and humbly serve the needs of others whenever and however it is needed. Please accept my service as an act of humble worship to You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
