Why Hate Every False Way? - Raising Zion
Every false way is of the devil because God is truth.
When God said He loves us, He gave His all to us in Jesus. The Father’s love, the grace of Jesus, and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit is in abundance (limitless) for us to thrive in.
When we say we love Him, are we giving Him our all? What that means is, according to the grace He’s given us, the anointing in us, are we walking the New Testament lifestyle daily?
There is an explosion of false teachers, prophets, evangelicals, pastors, and apostles in our midst – offline and online.
God hates all kinds of falsehood. What are the ones we need to remember during this wilderness journey?
What false way or ways does God hate?
These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
- A proud look,
- a lying tongue,
- and hands that shed innocent blood,
- An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations,
- feet that be swift in running to mischief,
- A false witness that speaketh lies,
- and he that soweth discord among brethren.
(Proverbs 6:16-19)
How can we hate every false way?
When we receive the understanding that comes from Heaven, we will hate every false way too. Love the Word of God which is truth and every false way will be erased from our hearts.
Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. (Psalms 119:104)
What does it take to navigate through this wilderness life today?
To turn from backsliding so He leads us to pastors after His heart to teach us correctly (Jeremiah 3:14,15). A personal study of the Bible and prayer life. To discern what’s from God or another spirit (1 John 4:1), can only be done by keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus and being powered by the Holy Spirit.
