I’m a big believer in enjoying life. Restrictive fad diets (when medically unnecessary) and guilt pangs from eating food you love aren’t my idea of fully living.
I do however believe in living well by feeding our bodies what they need to thrive. Turning sugar-filled favorites into healthy and delicious treats simply makes me excited.
