Jeremiah 3 verse 15
15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
- Pastors are ordained and called by God
- The office of a Pastor is a spiritual office and not a secular office
- No one should make or ordain himself a Pastor
- God appoints Pastor according to his heart
- The two-principal work of a pastor is to feed the people with the word of God, and increase their spiritual growth
- A Pastor is a Bible teacher, Bible interpreter, Bible analyst, and a Bible counsellor
- Finally, when you encounter a pastor ordained or called by God, your knowledge about the Bible should increase
- If any Pastor does not bring you closer to the knowledge of God or increase your faith in God, then look for another Pastor.
- A Pastor must Bible more than you
