A Little Accountability

A Little Accountability

Kate said {ACCOUNTABILITY}

Besides personal, I think of having someone to be an accountability partner when I think of this word.

It seems as though I have heard a lot recently about accountability partners or groups.

Maybe you have an accountability partner or know someone who does. You know someone to check in with regarding a goal, diet, finances, and more.

This is the person or people who keep the fire lit under our rear ends to keep going to see a task, goal, project through.

I can’t commit to an accountability person or group because of chronic illness. My functionality may change from day to day. I may have to call you today to cancel the plans I made with you weeks ago. It’s improbable of me to join a group.

However, I am the only one accountable for my eternity. When I proclaimed Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior over my life, I committed to Him and Myself.

I’m accountable for believing, following, and loving Him. I’m also accountable for my everyday actions and behaviors. Not falling into the pit of worldly immoral beliefs or practices.
