๐ช๐ฏ๐ถ๐ถ๐บ๐ฌ ๐น๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ป!

Hi, again! ๐
You notice certain traits in your life and you just accept them, finding solace in saying โthis is me, this is who I am.โ
Any little thing, you snap in anger. ๐
Your friend is celebrating something big, you coil in jealousy.๐ณ
When youโre easily provoked, you resort to using bad words. When your Spirit convicts you, you end up saying, this is me. This is my temperament. ๐คฆ
Then the new life you have in Christ is what? The new fruits Godโs Spirit brought came with should now be tossed away? ๐คท
God wants to help you become truly free, but maybe the first step is you not accepting fruits Jesus died to free you from. The first step is you saying it isnโt you and trusting God to help you live the life he purposed for you.
Youโre not the angry person whoโs always walking with an angry scrowl, because Jesus came with a better fruit : love.
Choose love. Itโs a decision.๐
Youโre not the jealous guy who hides behind his congratulatory message, because you believe that since Jesus loves you so much, the fact that you donโt have it now, means you donโt need it now.
Jesus came with a better fruit: faith. Choose to walk in faith, trusting God and holding His mighty hands through it all.
You watch your speech no matter how angry or offended you are, because you know the book of James says good water and dirty water do not flow from the same Spring.
Choose the kind of water you want, I hope you choose the pure one and drink from it with consistency.
See, for every negative trait the devil wants to impose on you and make you tag normal, God in His mercies, made Jesus die for better fruits.
Please choose Godโs definition of you. We want to be past this phase, so God can trust us with meat and not still with milk like weโre just newly converts.
There is more in Christ.
Weโve come to the end of todayโs blog post, thank you for taking this walk with me.
If there are contributions or questions, youโre free to use the comment section. Iโll love to hear from you.
Have there ever been times when you accepted unhealthy traits about yourself, what did you do to get out the situation?
Thank you again, I am Idara.
Youโre loved! โค๏ธ
