Bible Study on Every Verse with "Heart + Utter" in It: Why Romans 10:9–10 Demands Literal Vocal Confession (Refuting the Internal Mouth Heresy)
This study is to show that the Romans 10:9-10 mouth is not an internal mouth talking, but rather verbal.
If my belief is true (and it is) then this King James Bible AV 1611 should approve or deny this doctrine.
The heresy against a verbal reading of Romans is this logic:
"The heart inwardly calls upon the name of the Lord for you. The 10:9-10 mouth is purely internal and automatic."
The Bible should be the make or break for this.
Previous studies on this showed that the Holy Spirit always clarified when someone spoke internally (heart) or externally.
Thus, the only stone unexamined is the heart and uttering. If it is internal and automatic, verses on the heart and utter should be supportive of this.
Any and all verses containing heart and utter are in this, pertinent or not. This was done to abstain from the appearance of cherry picking verses.
Joshua 11:20: For it was of the LORD to harden their hearts, that they should come against Israel in battle, that he might destroy them utterly, and that they might have no favour, but that he might destroy them, as the LORD commanded Moses.

2 Samuel 17:10: And he also that is valiant, whose heart is as the heart of a lion, shall utterly melt: for all Israel knoweth that thy father is a mighty man, and they which be with him are valiant men.

Job 8:10: Shall not they teach thee, and tell thee, and utter words out of their heart?
Vocally uttering words out of their heart. Not an internal, automatic process. Vocal.
Your physical mouth and your heart are two interlinked processes.
Job 33:3: My words shall be of the uprightness of my heart: and my lips shall utter knowledge clearly.
Job defines words as coming from the heart, and the lips uttering from the heart.
Proverbs 23:33: Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things.
Solomon agrees with Job and teaches that the heart utters verbal words.
Ecclesiastes 5:2: Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.
Solomon continues in this belief. The heart and the physical mouth are interlinked. In fact, Solomon almost writes a proto Romans 10:10. "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
The man's heart has a vow and he utters verbally praying to God.
Isaiah 32:6: For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
The vile person's heart comes out through their lips and they are interlinked.
Isaiah 59:13: In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.
The Holy Spirit writes that the heart is connected to the physical mouth.
Ezekiel 27:31: And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.
