Celebrate the Spectacular Wonder of Christmas - A Nighttime Prayer

And when they saw it, they made known the saying that had been told them concerning this child. And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them. Please Pray:

Lord, I am sorry I get caught up in the glitzy fun of Christmas. Please, forgive me when I forget to come to You with the same awe-filled wonder the shepherds experienced. Show me Your glory, Your majesty, as I consider the simplicity of nativities depicting Baby Jesus humbly sleeping in ancient rustic surroundings. Help me declare You, the King of Kings, in the darkness of our world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
