Courage to Lead - A Nighttime Prayer

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. ‭‭-- Joshua‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬

Please Pray:

Lord, we thank you for your Word and for our heroes of faith, such as Joshua who led Your children into the promised land. Help us to develop godly characteristics to lead in our different spheres of life, whether this is in our homes or places of employment. Help us to understand that we don’t need a title to lead but that we are called to be the light of the world. We are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath and so we are called to have influence. Help us to live in a way that leads people to your light and help win souls for Your kingdom. Help us to be bold and courageous in sharing the truth of the Gospel to everyone we meet. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
