Do You Hear Him Knocking? - A Nighttime Prayer

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. -- Revelation 3:20 (NIV)

Please Pray:

Father God, I desire to know You more deeply and to feel Your presence in my life. I confess that the things of this world often distract me, and I neglect to spend quality time with You. Please forgive me for my lack of devotion. Give me a hunger for Your Word and strengthen my faith, so I may hear Your voice and follow Your leading. So that I may trust and obey You, help me comprehend Your character and ways. I surrender my will to Yours and ask for the courage to follow You, even when it’s hard. I am grateful for Your unwavering presence and for listening to my prayer. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
