Don't Be Puzzled as You Develop Patience - A Nighttime Prayer

1x
“The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!” – Galatians 5:22-23 (NLT)

Please Pray:

Dear Lord, as long as we live on this earth, we face challenges, challenges that require patient endurance. When others ruffle my feathers, give me the patience I need to control my tongue. When circumstances spin out of my control, help me to rest in Your peace. When I’m saddened by the state of the world, remind me that You too feel the pain that may be exacerbated by godless societies. May Your Spirit grow the spiritual fruit of patience within me, so that I extend to others the grace that You have extended to me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
