Dr. Peter Ruckman was in the Mandatory Vocalization Club vs Robert Breaker who isn't! (1950s-1990s) Part 1

To pre-emptively address any fake out of context Dr. Ruckman quotes.

If you want to comment.

"But Dr. Ruckman said [INSERT OUT OF CONTEXT]."

"But Dr. Ruckman changed. He used to preach mental assent!"

"But I heard Dr. Ruckman preaching about (Catholic) Confession!"

If you think he used to preach mental assent. Watch the entire video.

If you have heard Dr. Ruckman say something where it sounds like he said the

opposite of preaching mandatory vocalization? Please watch my alton video on how

Dr. Ruckman is taken out of context.

If you heard him preach on confession and you believe that proves he does not

teach the sinner's prayer. Watch “Ruckman does not sound like Robert Breaker!”

Let's define the Mandatory Vocalization Club.

Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and

shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt

be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the

mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Mandatory Vocalization Club teaches that the mouth in Romans 10:9 is a literal,

physical one. And you can't be saved unless you vocally confess.

“You all have to hang on my shirt tail. Wrong league, stupid. You’re not in my

league, nor are your “buddies.” You are in “THE SCHOLARLY COMMUNITY LEAGUE; STAY

THERE!” - Dr. Peter S. Ruckman to Robert Breaker, April 2010.

[Robert Breaker , Oct 25, 2022]

Robert Breaker:

...um, I do find some things in the Ruckman Reference Bible that are like,

"What?" And so, I just, I wonder, toward, toward the end, Ruckman said some

things a little differently than he did before. And I'll just say it, because I

don't care. I mean, [laughs] I just want people to know the truth. There was

young Ruckman, and old Ruckman. And young, young Ruckman preached it hard,

preached it straight, faith in the blood, preached it right. As he got older, he

started to say things a little bit differently.

1950’s

[Peter Ruckman , 1950s]

Peter Ruckman:

Because the Bible says God is a spirit, and they that worship Him must worship

Him in spirit and in truth. Do you see this two-edged sword he has? That

two-edged sword is the Word of God, because the Bible says the Word of God is

quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword.

Do you see this? This is prayer, because the Bible says, "Whosoever shall call

upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." And that, my friend, is how to get

deliverance from sin: call upon His name, believe His Word, for faith cometh by

hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

And lest we Christian people should be wise in our own conceits, let me say

this: every Christian has a besetting sin. And we get deliverance from our sin

the same way unsaved people get deliverance: through prayer and the Word. For

the Bible tells us to cast all our care upon Him, for He cares for us.

Now, may God help you Christian people to read your Bibles, and pray, and love

the Lord Jesus in sincerity and truth. And may God help you unsaved people

listening to my voice right now, to bow your head there by your television set

and receive Him as your Savior, the best way you know how. He's risen, He's

living, He loves you, He'll save you.

[Peter Ruckman , 1950s (Continued)]

Peter Ruckman:

The best preparation I know for death is to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as

your own personal Savior. For He hath said, "I'll never leave thee nor forsake

thee," so we may boldly say, "The Lord is my helper; I shall not fear what man

shall do unto me. Fear Him that is able to destroy both body and soul in hell.

Yea, I say unto you, fear Him."

Now, men and women, let's be reasonable. Someday you're going to take that step.

Science is going to halt this side of that step. Your church is going to stop

this side of the grave. Your religion may get you to the grave, but you'll need

somebody to take you from there on. You'll need God's Son, the Lord Jesus

Christ. He said, "I am the resurrection and the life. He that believeth on Me,

though he were dead, yet shall he live." And when you take that step, that final

step out of the darkness, He'll go with you.

All you have to do is receive Him. Why don't you do it? You say, "I don't know

how to do it." All right, I'll tell you how to do it. It's really easy. A child

can understand it. All you have to do is just bow your head right there and say,

"Lord Jesus, I'm a, I'm a sinner. Please save me. Please come into my heart and

make me a new creature." Now, you can do that, can't you? Try it.

Tonight, before you go to bed, just bow your head and say, "Lord, I'm a, I'm a

sinner. Please save me. I want to be saved. I do receive You." Listen, if you do

that, God'll save you. If He loved you enough to die for you, He won't keep you

waiting all night. He won't push you through some big religious ecclesiastical

rigmarole. If He loved you enough to shed His blood for you, He will save you.

Now, ask Him to. And say...

Write me, and tell me about your decision to receive Him as your Savior. I'd

like to rejoice with you. Receive Him today and and write me. Just address your

letter to TV for Christ, Panama City, Florida.

[Peter Ruckman , 1950s (Continued)]

Peter Ruckman:

And if you will receive Him as your own personal Savior, then you'll have

something much better than a new leaf. Why, my friend, you'll have a new life.

And you see, that's what you need. You don't need a new leaf; what you need is a

new life. Yes, that's right. What you need is a new life, not a new leaf.

The Bible said He had life in Him, and that life was the life of God Almighty

Himself, everlasting life. And if you will receive Him as your Savior, then

you'll have life. You won't have just a new start, and that's what you've been

doing all these years, starting over. You'll have what you really need: you'll

have a new heart. A new heart.

Now, my friend, will you not trust Him as your personal Savior? Will you not

trust Him? Will you not receive Him? I, I know you're saying right now, "I've

wept. I've confessed my sins. I've cried so hard." Yes, I know, but that isn't

repentance. Suppose I came to you and said, "You know that $500 I borrowed from

you? Well, I'm not going to pay it. But," I said, "you see these big crocodile

tears running down my face? I'm never going to borrow from you again." [laughs]

Well, now, wait a minute. I haven't repented. You say, "What about the money I

loaned you?" I say, "Well, I'm never going to borrow anymore. Can't you see how

sorry I am? I've just repented all over the place." [chuckles]

My dear friend, what you need is a payment. If you owe it, you need to pay it.

The only way you can pay it is to receive God's Son as your own personal Savior.

He made the payment for you. Will you not receive Him today, right now, right

there by your television set? Will you not bow your head and say, "Lord Jesus,

please save me. God be merciful to me, a sinner"?

I hope you do. I'll be praying that you do. And let me hear from you. Drop me a

card. Just write TV for Christ, Panama City, Florida. TV for Christ, Panama

City, Florida, and let us rejoice in your salvation.

[Screen text: THE END]

Peter Ruckman was in his 30s when he made this.

Or is 30 too old?

He always preached sinner’s prayers.

1960s

Dr. Ruckman in the 1960s was in his 40s

I am going to have two Breakers clip play for him to clearly state his beliefs

about salvation. This is to contrast them against the young 1960-70s Ruckman.
