Dear friend in Christ, if you identify with anxiety and depression, I’m so sorry. Enjoying life to the fullest can be a challenge when worries weigh us down or shadows obscure our days. But know this: you’re not alone. Many Christians face mental health struggles, and experiencing them doesn’t diminish your faith. I’m here with you, and so is the Lord. Be encouraged today—God sees you where you are, and He isn’t disappointed in you. He asks us to lay our worries down one day at a time, and He’s there to help us when we pick them back up again. Thank you for being with us, Jesus. Amen.
