Joy in the Morning - A Nighttime Prayer

Sing to the Lord, you his faithful ones, and praise his holy name. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor, a lifetime. Weeping may stay overnight, but there is joy in the morning.  – Psalm 30:4-5 (CSB) 

Please Pray:

Heavenly Father, sometimes our struggling feels like it lasts a lifetime. The darkness closes in when we feel alone and hopeless. Please help us find our joy in You. Help us remember You are our light and our salvation is our joy. Please give us the joyful morning we crave. We love You, Lord. Amen.
