Living Out Love in a World Full of Hurry (and Fury) - A Nighttime Prayer

1x
"My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry." - James 1:19-20

Please Pray:

Lord, as I step into this day, slow my heart to match Your pace. When impatience rises, remind me of Your endless grace. When I am tempted to rush or react, teach me to pause, breathe, and listen. Fill me with the fruit of Your Spirit—love, joy, peace, and patience—so that I may reflect Your presence in every conversation and interaction. Help me to trust Your timing, knowing that You are never late, never hurried, always faithful. May I walk in step with You today, choosing patience over frustration and love over haste. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
