1 Corinthians 6 vs 11

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

The spirit of God sanctifies, which means it makes you holy.
The spirit of God is a justifier, which means, it redeems you from your sin and qualifies you for your salvation.
Without the spirit of God, nobody will be qualified to enter heaven.
