Reset Your "To Do" List for Jesus - A Nighttime Prayer

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works.” – Hebrews 10:23-24 (NKJV)

Please Pray:

Jesus, if this is one of those seasons when You need to change my direction, please make it happen! Send Your Holy Spirit to lead me forward—in my devotions, prayers, Scripture reading, worship, music, serving, giving—whatever will honor and glorify You. Jesus, call me to remember that You are my first love and that You are the center of my life. Ground me in that truth. Help me to make every moment full of awareness of Your presence. May every one of my thoughts, words, and deeds resonate with praise of You and service for Your kingdom. When I falter, get too busy, or sink in despair, restore my enthusiasm for serving You, knowing You will forgive and renew my energy. Fill my heart with pure joy in learning more about You, in seeking to be more like You every day. Fill me with Your abundant life, that I may share Your good news in a winsome way. Help me always to trust in Your faithful promises. In Your name, Amen.
