Stand firm, therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all flaming missiles of the evil one. Almighty God, Merciful Savior, Sovereign Commander,

Thank you that you have not left us defenseless as we battle the forces of evil. Rather, you have clothed us in the uniform of angels. The battle is Yours. We ask that You continue to grow us into a mighty army, worthy to serve and ready to sacrifice all for Your glory and Your kingdom.

May our armor shine with a brightness that blinds the Enemy, as we depend on Your light to lead us forward. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.
