Father God,
As the new school year begins, students will open many books. But there is one Book that matters most. Help us to create a love for Your Word in our homes. Give parents, grandparents and teachers the desire and wisdom to point the next generation to Your timeless truth.
Help students discover that the Bible is more than an old book. It's a foundation on which they can build their lives. When they face uncertainties and difficult decisions, lead them to trust You with all their hearts rather than lean on their own understanding.
Draw each of us into a deeper, more intimate relationship with You through Your Word and use it to mold us into who You want us to be. May it become our daily bread and our guide through every season of life.
