I saw, and, look, there were sinews on them, and flesh came up, and skin covered them above; but there was no breath in them.
Then he said to me, “Prophecy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and tell the wind, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on this slain, that they may live.’”
So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

When we constantly do things that are detestable to God; He will stay away and watch you suffer. But if you repent from your sins and call on him for help; then miracles beyond imagination would happen. Dried bones would come back to life.
Even if you lose all your wealth, blesses, reputation, strength, etc, God will restore everything to you if you refrain from the things that are detestable to Him.
Sin is what drive God away from us. And when God is out of our lives we become like dried bones. There is no life in them.
