Taking a rest and eating well are too key secrets of good health and living long. Being at peace with yourself is another principle. Long life is your portion, but you have a part to play to achieve this.
Genesis 2 vs. 3 – Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.

- Creating a time to relax and rest is a spiritual secret of living healthy
- Even mechanical objects need to be rested, how much more your body.
- Avoid the temptation to daily work round the clock
- If God rested from His work, you should also rest from your work daily and weekly
- Take a siesta, take a break, take an holiday, take a leave, observe your normal sleeping hours and avoid over working
- Rest refreshes the body, soul and spirit.
- Eat a lot of vegetables.
- Dont allow yourself to be troubled over anything. Be at peace with yourself and with others.
