Treasuring God's Word Together as a Family - A Nighttime Prayer

These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. – Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (NIV)

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for the invaluable gift of your Word. Give us grace to teach Your commandments with love and intention. Guard our children from the world’s competing voices, and let Your Word be their strength, protection, and lifelong anchor. Bless every family seeking to honor Your Word. Strengthen their bonds, deepen their love for You, and let this precious gift of loving Scripture pass from generation to generation. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
