We don’t know what to do,

My poem today is based on King Jehoshaphat prayer in 2 Chronicle.

Our God, will you not judge them? For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” 2 Chronicles 20:12

We don’t know what to do,

But our eyes are on you.

In you Father we take refuge

For the battle belongs to you.

When troubles enlarge and fear engulfs

When suffering creeps in and pain cripples

When anger grips and bitterness grows

When all efforts fail and hope falters

We don’t know what to do,

But our eyes are on you.

In you Father we take refuge

For the battle belongs to you.

When sorrow fills and the tears rapidly flow

When the body gives and the bones in agony grind

When the mind is confused and thoughts confound

When family fights and friends fly

We don’t know what to do,

But our eyes are on you.

In you Father we take refuge

For the battle belongs to you.

The Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David, and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” (Luke 1:32-3

      Am I Enjoying God?

There she lay in her beautiful box. A two-foot bride doll dressed in a white chiffon, pearl-studded wedding gown with matching veil. Her short-cropped, curly brown hair fell softly around her delicate face; her pink, plump skin felt amazingly soft; and her movable eyelids lined with thick black lashes opened and closed with her changing positions.
