Will You Be Ready for Jesus This Christmas? - A Nighttime Prayer


“Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near.” – Isaiah 55:6 (NKJV)

Please Pray:

Holy Jesus, Son of God, my Wonderful Counselor, my Prince of Peace...draw me back into Your presence this Christmas. Let me find You in the manger, let me fall down before You, and let me worship You as the shepherds did the night You were born. Let me hear with new meaning the praises spoken by Your angels as they glorified You in the heavens. May Your Word come alive to me and fill me with Your Holy Spirit of love. How I thank You for Your indescribable gift of salvation. Make me a vessel to share Your good news with others, and make me ready, once again, to receive You with great joy. Let me shout with the carolers, “Rejoice! Rejoice!” Give me Your beautiful peace as I spend this silent night of contemplation with You. O Jesus, Emmanuel...come into my heart and home this Christmas that I may dwell with You in hope and adoration. In Your blessed name, Amen.
