Three Ingredient Cookies

Blogging

No one likes to go digging around for old recipes… or old posts on the blog, so I decided to repost the recipe for this very simple cookie recipe.  A friend gave it to me quite awhile ago, and I’ve used it to try all kinds of variations–the possibilities are endless!  It’s an easy one to remember because it is so simple and you most likely have these three ingredients in your cupboard:

Cake Mix Cookies

I created the recipe on for printing on 4 x 6 photo paper if you want to print it out.  (Always a good idea to attach the recipe when you share your cookies with someone.)

I’ve tried several variations, but here are some great ones with a fall flavor:

Pumpkin cake mix and also a Cinnamon Bun cake mix–either would be awesome with cream cheese icing. (yum!)

Pumpkin cookies

Or how about Caramel Apple cake mix and throw in some dried apples or caramel pieces?

If you want to start with a plain Yellow cake mix, throw in some candy corn or fall colored M & M’s or chocolate chips:

3 Ingredient Cookies

Most recently I made some with a spice cake mix and added walnuts, then topped with cinnamon and sugar when they came out of the oven.

Spice Cookies

One of our family favorites is a Fudge or Dark Chocolate cake mix with dried cranberries added. YUMM!!

On my previous post, Quick and Easy Cookies, you’ll find a Dark Chocolate cake mix with walnuts added.

There are so many choices of cake mixes out there, so let your imagination run wild, heat up that oven, and welcome fall or that new neighbor with some of these quick, easy, and tasty cookies!

Don’t neglect to show hospitality, for by doing this some have welcomed angels as guests without knowing it.  Hebrews 13:2
