Hey, you.

Yes, you.

Can you start right there?

This is important, I write from experience.

I like to think of myself as an organized person, probably because I have loads of to- do lists I use. To do lists serve me well, because they remind me of things to do and when to do them. It also makes me abandon projects that I have to do if I donโ€™t have everything I need to work on a project.

The habit ruined me slowly.

It made me procastinate a lot.

If I have 70 percent of materials available, Iโ€™ll stall on what I need to do until I have the 30 percent I need to make everything perfect.

I did all these when I could have just started anyway.

My heart wanted to do different things, but my hands didnโ€™t get to work.

They waited.

I waited.

It made me lose opportunities I know I shouldnโ€™t have lost, it made me not do what I ought to do.

I donโ€™t want you to wait just like I did.

I donโ€™t want you being caught in the same mistakes.

Please, start.

Help will come along the way. Donโ€™t just sit idle when youโ€™ve caught the idea for something.

ut if thatโ€™s not you, then start.

I pray that God gives you to wisdom to do whatโ€™s right at the right time.

I pray that nothing dies in your hands.

    When Worry Steals Your Joy

My husband, Steve, and I sat anxiously in our seats. I wondered if I was going to be able to endure the ride, especially knowing my propensity for motion sickness. But we began nonetheless. The guide strapped all passengers into the tiny boats and gave last minute instructions. Of course there were life preservers, but what good would they do in the fierce rapids that threatened to suck its prey below the surface? Read more...
