Did you know you can improve your mood and energy level by freshening the air in your home?

Yes, the air in our homes can have a significant, emotional, and physical impact on us. According to research, the air in our homes can be polluted. Our homes have many scents, including burnt food, lingering cooking odor, and rotten food, all these scents affect how our homes smell.

Areas In The Home That May Cause Our Homes To Have Bad Odor

Bedding

When you don’t wash bedding regularly, they become saturated with your body oils and dirt. That affects the quality of the air in your home.

Household appliances

Appliances like washing machines, and dishwashers, are frequently in contact with water and can grow mold, which is an ideal breeding ground for stinky bacteria.

Rubbish bins

Small spills and crumbs in our rubbish bins can accumulate over time and create foul odors.

Wet Clothes and towels

If wet clothes and towels are left unwashed for a long, they will breed bacteria and produce a bad odor, one that is similar to gym clothes.

There are several ways we can keep the air in our home fresh, like opening our windows even in winter, however today I’m going to share a natural and inexpensive air freshener that can energize the air in our home. This powder air freshener has Baking Soda and Essential Oils.
