Parenting: Embrace the Chaos - A Nighttime Prayer

"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." -- Genesis 1:2 (KJV)

Please Pray:

Dear Lord, I’m not by nature a patient person. I know the trials I endure as a parent are exactly what I need to draw me, and my children, closer to You. Help me to remember to first turn to You and Your Word, and not try to struggle through chaos on my own. You created an entire universe from chaos, and I ask that you please help me create order in my home as well. In Jesus' name, Amen.
