This popular verse means you should pray even when your prayer is not producing results.
Prayer is like oxygen; whether you have a job or not, married or not, rich or not, you would continue to breathe.
No one will say that because I have not eaten today. I want to stop breathing and would continue breathing after eating.
The need for continuous prayer is not dependent on answers to your prayer.
Whether you see the result or not, continue to pray.
