The Power of a Praying Mom - A Nighttime Prayer

Please Pray:
God my Father, loving Creator of children, I bring You my praise and wonder for the role of motherhood or mentorhood You have given me. How I bless You for Your beautiful gift of life. I bring my cares and concerns about my children to You, knowing You love these people even more than I do. May You protect them, provide for them, build them up, and lead them forward into Your abundant life. Jesus Christ, be their Rock, Redeemer, Fortress, Strength, and Rescuer. Give them Your strength, hope, patience, kindness, and self-control. Holy Spirit, guide their feet in Your paths, and do not let them go astray toward worldly things. Make me a wise, sacrificial, and loving mother/mentor, that I may teach them Your truth and Your ways. Please, Jesus, be their Savior, and grant them eternal life with You in heaven, that we may sing together in eternal praise to You. In Your Name and for Your glory, Amen.
