Hi! My name is Tricia Draper. I am an author, and my latest book, “OK, God, Let’s Start From Here,” is currently available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. The book includes lessons I have learned from God, scripture, and practical teaching on how to have a relationship with God. I write to God in a journal and write down what He says back to me. These words make up much of the book.

The book includes lessons such as talking and listening to God, the authority we have as believers, trusting in God, thanking Him, and so much more! The book ends with positive affirmations to pray over yourself and realize who you are in Christ.

Turn to God

The point of the book is to show that no matter where we are in life, we can always turn to God, and He will meet us there. We are never too far away from God. No matter how we have messed up in our lives, God is always waiting for us with open arms to turn to Him. He will never leave or forsake us.

We can choose to be as close to God as we want. He will never force us to do anything out of our will. He loves us and wants to have a special relationship with every one of us.

Jesus died on the cross so that we can come to God and be met with sincerity, love, and forgiveness. Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, we are now called children of God. (1 John 3:1)

How I Turned to God

I was saved as a child at the age of six. Since then, I have had a close relationship with God all my life. However, I had many bumps along my journey. I had to learn to trust in Him with all my heart and lean only on Him. I have learned that living my life completely for God is the only way to truly gain the strength I need to have a personal relationship with Him.

for I am God, and there is no other.”

My husband, son, and I have a ministry together. We put together videos that help teach and inspire people around the world about everyday life issues. We also have audio programs. I write all of these with words from God, and we have fun sharing the wealth of knowledge God has placed within us. We started out as just an internet radio program but have blossomed into a larger ministry. We love the Lord with all our hearts and long to be closer to Him. Other Books by Tricia

I have enjoyed my time with God and love to write for Him. This book is currently my fourth published book. The others include a young adult Christian fiction book titled “Angels Among Us,” a children’s book, “Bobby Bear Learns to be a Cowboy,” and another Christian non-fiction book, “Hope After Grief.” The first two are out of print. The third one is still available on Amazon. This book is a completely new idea from God, but it has done wonders for the people who read it. I have had feedback from people who have been in church all their lives who say they learned something new. That is very exciting to me. I told God that if only one person was helped, then all of it would be worth it.

Thankful

Thank the Lord, many people have had an impact and made changes in their relationship with God.

I thank God every day that He has blessed me so richly with the life I have. I continue to grow in Him and get closer to Him all the time.

We can never be too close to God.

There is always something new He wants to teach us.
