Wounds from a Friend Can Be Trusted - A Nighttime Prayer

"Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses."

- Proverbs 27:6 (NIV)

Please Pray:

Father in Heaven, thank you for the gift of my friends. When they speak words of love that hurt, help me to trust that you are a Good Father who gave me good friends and receive their words as love. Help me trust in your refining process. And help me be the kind of friend who only ever wounds out of love for my friend and for you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
