On Sunday, September 4, 2022, I will begin teaching a series of studies on the book of Job to members of the Growing in Grace class at The Compass Church in Naperville, Illinois.

The Growing in Grace class is a Bible study group for senior members of The Compass Church, but the class is open to anyone who wants to attend. The class meets every Sunday at 10:30 a.m., just after the 9:15 a.m. worship service.

The nine lessons will be taught during the months of September, October, and the first Sunday in November. These are the nine lessons on the book of Job:

LESSON 1 – SEPTEMBER 4, 2022

“Introduction to the Book of Job”

LESSON 2 – SEPTEMBER 11, 2022

“The Suffering of Job”

LESSON 3 – SEPTEMBER 18, 2022

“Job and His Friend Eliphaz”

LESSON 4 – OCTOBER 2, 2022

“Job and His Friend Bildad”

LESSON 5 – OCTOBER 9, 2022

“Job and His Friend Zophar”

LESSON 6 – OCTOBER 16, 2022

I am planning to post the lessons each Wednesday after the lesson is taught at Growing in Grace.

If you live near Naperville, I would like to invite you to visit the Growing in Grace class. It will be a pleasure meeting you in person.
