Mark 5 vs 13

And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.

Mark 5:13 KJV - And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the

Jesus Christ was always casting out demons, and we can learn some mysteries about him from how he cast demons.

  1. Demons are spiritual beings.
  2. Demons have names; you can get to know them by revelation or by the power of God and cast them out by their names.
  3. Demons have a nationality. They have countries of residence. In this passage, the demon pleaded they did not want to leave the country. There are residential demons in various countries where they are comfortable and do not want to leave.
  4. During deliverance, you need to address the residential place of the demon.
  5. Demons pray to God, and God answers them. In these passages, the demons prayed to Jesus that they should be cast in the swine, and Jesus Christ answered their prayer.
  6. They can go in and out of a personality and possess an entity. In the passage, it is written that the demon entered the swine.
  7. Another thing we can learn is that they possess people in a multitude. In this passage, it was written that 2000 spirits were cast out of a man.
  8. Demons are destructive. The demon that possessed the men was destructive. When they were cast into the swine, they all died.
  9. When a man is delivered, there is a turnaround. The madman became normal when the demons were cast out.
