Born a mountain girl in the hills of western Pennsylvania, Laura left the comfort of home and support of family to follow a fantastic career opportunity with the federal court system in North Carolina.
Having retired twice, once from the federal government and a second time from the practice of real estate, Laura now lives at the Crystal Coast of beautiful North Carolina, enjoying life as Wife, Mom of three adult children, Grammy to two perfect grandchildren, Prayer Warrior, Princess of A Lot, Freelance Writer, Observer of Squirrels, and Plant Mom.
Expanding her territory, Laura has embraced a third career as a creative, writing blog posts, a little fiction, devotionals, and many things based on prayer, praise, and the Word.
When she is not writing, Laura can be found tending her green family of house plants, observing silly squirrels and other crazy critters in her yard, and planning for her next mission trip to Zambia or wherever Abba Father leads.
