Beverly Lewis’s bestselling book series The Heritage of Lancaster County has been developed into a theatrical musical that is coming to the big screen as a Fathom movie event on February 20th. Called The Confession, it is a story firmly rooted in Amish culture that explores what happens when a family risks being shunned because their daughter has decided to explore the possibility of living in a world defined by a modern set of principles, ideals, and lifestyle.
