Washing Feet, Not Climbing Ladders - A Nighttime Prayer

1x
But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave.  For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” -- Matthew 20:26-28 (NLT)

Please Pray:

Heavenly Father, I ask that you give me divine appointments to sit under a leader who strives to be like Jesus. And when my time comes as a leader, I pray that you lead me and guide me to serve in the image of You. Also, help me to appreciate and be thankful for the opportunities you have provided me to lead. I’m forever grateful for your divine leadership. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.
